Welcome! We are excited to have your scholar join the Sacred Heart STEM School Community! We highly encourage you to take a tour of our campus and ask us any questions that you may have. Our online application is available to fill out and should only take fifteen minutes to complete.

Tuition
In an effort to make a Catholic Education affordable to all, scholars receive an immediate financial discount since tuition does not cover the full cost of educating your scholar.
Registration Deposit of $50.00 is due with the online enrollment packet. This fee is applied towards tuition.
Pre K Tuition
- Carolyn A. Lynch Early Education Center operates from 7:30 to 5:30 Monday-Friday
- Year round option available
- Child subsidies are accepted. Financial aid assistance is not available for the Carolyn A. Lynch Early Education Center.
K2-8 Tuition 2025-2026

Unlocking the doors to a Catholic STEM education for families is our mission, and we strive to ensure it’s accessible to as many households as possible.
As part of our commitment to affordability, we facilitate the process of financial aid through the FACTS portal. We encourage families to apply well in advance of the deadline, providing all necessary documentation for the best chance of eligibility.
For preschool, we accept vouchers, and we extend a $500 discount for referrals across all grades, demonstrating our dedication to making quality education attainable.

FACTS Financial Aid Application Process:
- Create a FACTS account.
- Submit your application with supporting documents for eligibility assessment:
- Tax Returns
- Current W2s
- Sign in to complete your application.
If you encounter any issues with your login credentials, simply click on the sign-in link and select “Forgot Username/Password.”

Once a decision is made, parents must fill out the Enrollment Packet online through FACTS SIS and pick a payment plan. All Enrollment packets must include immunization records and physicals within the last 12 months.
For preschool: please send immunization records within the last 12 months, and EEC paperwork
For Preschool: Once a spot is determined, please fill out an enrollment packet online and choose a payment plan. Sacred Heart takes vouchers.
